Welcome to my blog

Exploring the Clouds
Hello all darlings! I apologize for the little lapse in blogging. I’ve been experiencing some shifts and changes in my personal life that I’m adapting to and growing through… I’ve been in sort of a different place energetically and kept sitting down to blog and just having no idea what to blog about.

Galavanting Garden Greenery
The past few weeks our garden has been absolutely CHURNING out the most beautiful, incredible garden greens ever. I’ve been so supercharged – I literally eat pounds of wild and garden grown, EM grown, ocean mineral grown greens and sprouts that were harvested THAT DAY. I just am so blown away with gratitude that I have access to this kind of freshness. Now that I’ve had these kinds of foods, I can say that anywhere I live I will absolutely have to grow greens as good as these – I’m so spoiled and now I just won’t settle for less 😉

Joyously Action Taking
It has been a happy weekend inDEED… Whole Foods has some raw desserts now! Don’t remember the brand name, but I had a chocolate pie called ‘Who’s Your Daddy‘, and did it ever make me ask that very question…. 😉
I’ve seen two great movies this weekend (YAY! Movies that didn’t waste my time!!):
1) Horton Hears a Who
2) The Namesake

The Real Allure
Well friends, how are ye all? I am writing this post once again with gratitudefor this wonderful online medium we have for community.
It has been a spectacular week for me of healing, opening, creating new patterns and breaking old ones. It has recently come apparent to me I have many more fears and insecurities than I thought I had, and so I have been letting them come up freely. I feel like I’ve taken a huge leap forward this week in my own inner strength and dedication to living my life for me.

Rejoicingly Reading
Ahh, so breaking out of the feast has been swell, what a lovely week it was! I still did lots of juices this weekend, and will continue to do so.
I’ve started reading a new book as well, ‘Moonlight Doesn’t Wet the Water – The Search for the Jade Spring Immortal‘ by Peter Ragnar, which I’m enjoying, and of course still poring through my ‘Awaken the Giant Within’ and a few others. Reading is one of my favorite things ever 😀

Day 7 Global Juice Feast
A week of juiciness… how quickly it has gone!!
Today’s Feast, in order of consumption: 28 oz. greens/sprouts/celery/cucumber/bell pepper/apple w/ 1 TBS spirulina

Day 6 Global Juice Feast
I’ve journaled all my life, and I’ve done some really satisfying journaling on this feast. I so, so love how juice feasting is like an instant step back to look at every area of our lives with more clarity. I’m actually still reading the same book I started on my LAST juice feast – ‘Awaken the Giant Within’ by Anthony Robbins.

Day 5 Global Juice Feast
Happy happy, joy joy! Today was a day of elation for me, I felt in a very very good mood Last night I finished the night with some fruit juice, which is very unusual for me, and low and behold, I didn’t sleep as well.
Nonetheless, it was an epically perfect day in every way It feels so good to be back on juice!! YAY! I love love love the feeling of being empty. I’m actually considering going a day or two every week juice feasting for the rest of the Global Juice Feast…

Day 4 Global Juice Feast
Ahh I’ve been sleeping soooo well these last few nights since I’ve been on juice!

Day 3 Global Juice Feast – Bearin’ It (pun…)
Ooooooh I’ve been soaring today 😀
We went to the gym this afternoon and I got on the treadmill to do my thing. On the occasion that I use a treadmill (can’t beat exercising outside, but I like the consistency a treadmill provides), I usually crank up the speed to where I’d have to be running, then turn it down a tiny bit, so that I settle at a speed that is where I’m just able to super fast power walk. I feel like it burns as much energy as jogging and sometimes it feels like more, and it feels so much better on my joints.

Day 2 Global Juice Feast – Sleepin’ & Ragnarin’
Juice Feast Day 2… last night we slept a LOT… I don’t know that I’ve ever slept that much. It was likely due to a less than great sleep schedule for the past week and perhaps some detox too, but we were asleep for a good 10 hours…
Today’s Feast, in order of consumption:24 oz. spinach/celery/apple
1 TBS bee pollen
22 oz garden greens/celery/sprouts/cucumber
30 oz. orange juice w/ 2 TBS Nature’s First Food
12 oz. Amazon Herb Treasure tea with some honey
16 oz. garden greens/celery/cucumber
16 oz. garden greens/sprouts/apple juice
Total: 108 oz. juice, 120 oz. total liquid

Gettin’ Juicy With It (I bet someone already came up with that)
Well Happy DAY 1 GLOBAL JUICE FEAST!!I am above with my second juice of the day – a romaine/apple/cucumber/celery juice.
People are gettin juicy today, can ya feel it?
Today has been a spectacular day. It’s amazing, because it’s been a good two and a half months now that I did my 60 day feast, and now that I’m back into it, it feels like it was just yesterday, as if there were no interim of solids to separate the juicy experiences.

World Domination by Spirulina Salad May Commence!
The news is in…
I’m a fast oxidizer!!!
If you remember my post on January 31st (click here) to read, I wrote about being tested for my metabolic/autonomic constitution and therefore my optimum dietary pattern.
I met with our Dr. Ross yesterday and got a great little summary of what we’re really talking about as far as different body types and metabolic types, and what they mean.
Pleasure Full Parsley Pinings
Global Juice Feast on SATURDAY!!! Are you excited!??
The masses are gathering…
I think had the best meal of my LIFE today. It was the chef day of one of the lovely apprentices here. Normally the apprentices put together a very elaborate (and always extremely tasty) meal plan for each meal on their day.
However, the chef today wanted to direct our apprecation to the joy of simplicity and the experience of all powerfully locally grown food.

Getting Back in Touch
Well what a very nice weekend it has been 🙂
Yesterday I visited many of my female friends – I was feeling like the most balancing and loving thing I could do for myself, as I had these last three days for myself, was to get back into more feminine energy – both within myself, and surrounding myself.
I realized that I don’t even remember the last time I was in a home by myself for a few days. I think it’s been at least a good year and a half, I’ve always lived with other people.

Meeting Raw Goddess Heathy!
The lovely Raw Goddess Heathy is here at the Tree!
And she’s even sweeter in person than you’d imagine 🙂
What a blessing this online community is, and how fun it is to meet people in person after you’ve been following their work. Heathy and I have both been following eachothers’ blogs!
It’s happened for me quite a few times now that I’ve finally met someone in person after knowing who they are and even being in contact for even up to a year or more.

The Choice of Harmony
I will be getting my camera cord up to speed soon to provide some original pictures for your viewing pleasure. In the meantime, nice picture of the Chugach Mountains in Alaska, (courtesy of David Whitten), eh?
Yesterday I partook in the BBB test (Bio-Brain-Balance Test) to determine one’s metabolic/autonomic constitution and therefore optimum dietary pattern. It involves eating specific foods and administering a venipuncture blood draw once every two hours, for a total of four blood draws.

Iron Pumping & Cosmic Expansion
Are you ready!? Are you READY!?!? I’m ready. Planning to do at least one week, likely longer, and I am oh so excited.
This being the end of January, it means I’ve also just about completed a month of regular exercise, woohoo!
