How many of us have tried endless diets, endless practices and tactics to stop our compulsive eating, to no avail? You can feel trapped, lost, and totally devastated by the overeating that may be affected your life and your health.
Everyone can heal overeating, no matter how severe it’s been, or how long you’ve been doing it.
I’ve been there too: I was a binge eater and overeater most of my life. I wanted to be healthier, to lose weight, but nothing was really changing, no matter how much book knowledge I had. For years I tried countless approaches to heal mine: nutritional, psychological, spiritual, you name it! Some things have worked, and some haven’t.
I’ve healed my binge eating, lost weight and kept it off. I don’t think about eating all day, and it doesn’t take any forcing, controlling or obsessing for me to maintain the natural weight that I’ve stabilized at.
My years of intensive research and self-healing have led me to develop my own approaches to compulsive eating, and I will teach them to you.
