Day 4 Global Juice Feast

Ahh I’ve been sleeping soooo well these last few nights since I’ve been on juice!

Today’s Feast, in order of consumption:

6 oz. water w/ MSM
36 oz. garden greens/celery/cucumber/apple w/ 1.5 TBS spirulina
14 oz. peppermint tea
1.5 TBS bee pollen
20 oz. SUPER GREEN garden greens – kale, chard, arugula, dandelion, sprouts (sunflower, buckwheat), and celery
22 oz. mango/orange/grapefruit (mmm) w/ 1/2 TBS Nature’s First Food

12 oz. peppermint tea

24 oz. orange/grapefruit w/ 1/2 TBS chlorella

12 oz. greens/celery/cucumber

14 oz. grapefruit/orange/apple w/ 1 TBS chlorella
12 oz. ‘peach detox’ tea w/ honey

Total: 128 oz. juice, 172 oz. total liquid

Exercise: 20 minutes on treadmill, not sure how many miles but 4 ‘laps’.

That first juice I added some spirulina and immediately wanted to take to the bottle with a spoon, aaaaaauuugh I LOVE IT… Not rain, not shine, not juice nor solids… will keep my from my spirulina!

So what supplements am I taking? Not all of these are every day…

The super FRESH Arizona bee pollen we get is AMAZING… its so so soft and all the pollen has so much color variation, so bright yellow…

I’d never tried chlorella in citrus juice, but Thim insisted that’s good and indeed it was!

Bowel movements are good… more energy… sleeping better… more mental clarity… SOUNDS LIKE I’M ON A JUICE FEAST!!
