Welcome to my blog

Day 7 of Seven day Green Juice Fast and BREAK FAST!
Ahhh… This day finds me SO HAPPY! I woke up to a sunny morning, feeling clean, energetic and light! I broke my fast at the Cafe with blueberries, blackberries and strawberries, and enjoyed beautiful conversations with people whom I cherish. What a great experience this fast was!

Day 5 & 6 of Seven day Green Juice Fast
Days 5 and 6 have been quite smooth. Physically, I’m soaring. I feel like I could stay fasting for a looooooong time. No fatigue, no nausea, nothing.
Today though, I’ve started thinking about food for the first time since I began fasting – feeling really appreciative of food, and looking forward to having it again. Interestingly, fasting is when I most understand what Gabriel means when he says, “Food is a love note from God.”

Day 3 & 4 of Seven day Green Juice Fast
I am very surprised at how great I feel on this fast. I expected to feel much more fatigue and spaciness. I expected it to be difficult. And it’s sooooooo not. It’s easy and I feel great. I’ve even been working all week with the same level of effectiveness. I am also starting to need less sleep, by an hour or so.

Day 1 & 2 of Seven day Green Juice Fast
Yesterday, day 1, was super easy for me. I did rest a lot, but didn’t experience any detox reactions (classic ones include fatigue, nausea, headache, etc). Day 1, smooth!

7 day Green Juice Fast
How’s your Spring of 2009 going?
Today is day 1 of a seven day green juice fast I am doing. Why?
Modified Juice Feast Day 2 and 3
Greetings to you on this Wonderful Wednesday!
Thank you all soooooo much for your supportive comments, really, you all inspire me so much 🙂 I feel great on this modified juice feast. I am still drinking about 3-4 quarts of liquid per day. The past two days that has consisted of coconut water with Nature’s First Food, massive amounts of lemon juice with stevia, and some green juice. Additionally, I’ve eaten a salad in the middle day, and a few bites of this or that.

Modified Juice Feast Day 1
I have moved into a modified juice feast. The reason for this is that the past few days, as you have noticed from my intake, I have had almost no green juice. The reason for this is that, although I loooove the Tree of Life Cafe, the green juice is almost the exact same recipe all the time. So, half a gallon of the same thing was getting old. What ended up happening is that I went and got the green juice, and took some sips, but just didn’t feel like drinking it at all.
Juice Feast Day 13
Today’s Intake:
16 oz. kombucha (I know, naughty – not supposed to consume on a juice feast!)16 oz. parsley/celery/apple
Total juice: 16 oz.

Juice Feast Day 11
This time of year I enjoy meditations so much. It is warmer here, and so when they are held, which is at about 6:15 p.m., it is the perfect temperature outside, and the air feels like fresh budding spring! There are a few peach trees on the Tree property, and their beautiful little pink buds are beginning to peek out. I love spring. My favorite season, by far.
Juice Feast Day 12
Today’s Intake:
38 oz. orange/grapefruit with 1.5 TBS spirulina32 oz. cucumber/celery/greens/lemon/ginger with cayenne and turmeric2o oz. strawberry/orange/apple juice4 oz. fermented wild elderberry juice
Total juice: 94 oz.
That elderberry juice is AMAZING.

Juice Feast Day 10
I am experiencing something interesting. Alright, so we all are always asking for things, right? Well, I am. We want to manifest this, or that, some are small, and some are big. I always hear this talk of the ‘ability to receive’. The ability.
I have been receiving some pretty major opportunities and gifts in the past week or.. actually, basically since I began juice feasting. And what I’m finding is that I’m petrified that I’m actually receiving some things that I’ve always thought it would be nice to receive. I don’t know what to do with myself. It’s such a jump in my reality that I’m a bit shocked, I suppose. There’s the worthiness factor: “Me? Really?” “Why me?” “I’m not ready for this!” “I don’t think I deserve this.” “Someone else would do better with this opportunity.”

Juice Feast Day 9
Today’s Intake:
22 oz. orange/grapefruit with 1.5 tbs spirulina

8 oz. Yogi Tea – Berry with honey and carvacrol oil
Total juice: 106 oz.

Juice Feast Day 6
20 oz. raspberry/pear/apple
4 oz. cucumber/celery/green with cayenne and turmeric
8 oz. grapefruit/orange with bee pollen and spirulina
6 oz. fermented mulberry and elderberry juice
Total intake: 38 oz.
Ooooook. Yes. Today was.. interesting. First off, I slept in late and made the first juice around noon. Before I knew it, it was 4pm. I got my 2 quarts of green juice from the TOL cafe. They were potent, but had a LOT of bitter greens in them and my body was just not interested in that today, so I didn’t drink them. My body had been feeling very, very tired today. Possibly general detox, possibly lack of enough juice, possibly the incredibly heavy chemtrail activity going on in Patagonia right now.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ONE!
It has been joyous 🙂 A very smooth transition, and enjoyable day. I felt clear, clean, and chipper! I had plenty of energy and went for a bike ride and cleaned my house, all after work. I had forgotten how much JUICE a gallon really is…
