Questions from readers:
“Really enjoyed this post. Quick question: do you buy most of your juice or make it yourself? Seems like it would be very time-consuming to make it all. cheers, Laura”
I am blessed to receive my green juices from the Tree of Life Cafe. Normally I get meals there, but now I am getting juice. The rest of my juice, I buy produce for and make. I estimate I spend about $5 per day on produce. I also sometimes use produce grown in the Tree greenhouses – mostly greens and herbs. These are incredibly potent, however, and so I really only use a small amount at any one time.
Hello Courtney,
I just wanted to ask you while your on the juice feast. do you do any kind of exercise? Is 30 minutes of biking too much?
I do some, yes. Mostly I am walking and hiking right now. Fitness is one area of my life that is improving at the moment, if you know what I mean As much exercise as you can do on a juice feast is great, and always keep in mind that if you want to increase your activity level on a juice feast, you can increase your juice consumption as much as you choose. Thirty minutes of biking is great, if you’re body feels up for it!
Love,
Courtney
