The Era of the Vera
Whoa, so, um, HELLO. I totally forgot to write about my dark/dry field blood analysis I had done a week ago. I’ve been such a SPACE CADET this last week.
Enough of that. Blood, yes, my blood. They took it from me and forced it against its will under a microscope to be judged, analyzed, and interrogated. Just playing.
The bottom line was that I have healthy blood – the right count, the right shape, etc. There was a very small amount of clumping and a small amount of debris floating around – minimal things that can be taken care of by simply drinking more water (I have been drinking about 2 liters/day) and also taking some Vitalzym. And, I don’t have any candida (I escaped Phase 1 *wipes sweat from brow*).
OOOOOOOH our garden is exploding. What joy it brings me to chow down on kale, collard and chard leaves that are almost a foot long, just harvested a few hours before…. I am so lucky its ridiculous. Still going with the spirulina salads… its been over 6 months of those EVERY DAY, at least one per day, and I still look forward to it more than anything else..
Today I obtained some organic raw hempseeds that still have all the shells – chlorophyll and fiber! Oooh they are so rich with flavor. I plan to mix them in with the morning ‘porridge’ I sometimes have or perhaps to make hemp milk
Actually, what is totally resonating with my body, likely partially because it is getting so hot here, are aloe smoothies. I’ve been using about 1/2 leaf (and the leaves I have are BIG) per day. I blend it with some fruit (usually berries), gogi berries and a tidbit of honey, and I feel like I could literally do a aloe smoothie ‘juice feast’ (although they obviously are smoothies, not juice), on them. Perhaps I will.. drink a gallon of aloe smoothies every day for a while….
