Kefir Glory and Funky Swedish Tunes

I’ve figured out how to bring the colorback to my blog, thanks to the help of a wonderful reader. Thanks

This has been the week of the kefir! I have drank probably about 20 oz. of kefir every day for the last week. I imagine my digestive flora is quite thriving and healthy by now. I totally love it, I have no aversion to the taste and actually really love it.

The Tree of Life Cafe has also been putting out fermented vegetables out every day for lunch, so I’m getting quite the dosage of healthy probiotics!

Since Dr. Gabriel Cousens’ “There is a Cure for Diabetes” book release (which was only a few days ago), we’ve been getting tons of calls about it… people are ready to heal, and that just makes me so stoked  I think the world is ready for this information.

I’ve been experiencing something interesting for about the last month and a half or so. This is lower back pain. I’ve never, ever had pain really anywhere in my body, but since about 2 weeks before I broke my juice feast, right up until now, I’ve had continous soreness there that is pretty uncomfortable.

This is the area of the kidneys, so I am thinking either my kidneys were simply stressed a little bit too hard during the feast, or some detox was started and hasn’t fully run its course yet. Either way, I plan to look into some kidney support via supplements and emotional work (I know there is probably some emotional correlation to the kidneys), and also to build up the jing energy. I’ll keep you updated on that.

On another note, I’m hooked on this music artist I recently discovered, Robyn. My swedish boyfriend introduced me to Robyn (she is also swedish) and I really love her new material. A lot of people will probably recognize some of her earlier songs, such as ‘Do You Really Want Me’ and ‘Show Me Love’. However, her new stuff is much different than her earlier stuff, and I’m really digging her most recent CD…. it’s different than most of the music I normally listen to, but I think her music and style is inspiring some funky, edgier badass side of me that has yet to see its full glorious expression

As soon as you see me walking around with a short white blond haircut and super bright color themed clothing, you’ll know I’ve taken it a little too seriously.
