60 Day Juice Feast – Day 29
Today’s Feast, in order of consumption:
2 oz. water w/ 1/2 TBS Max Stress B
16 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, turmeric and a pinch of salt
32 oz. celery/apple/grape juice w/ 1/2 TBS Nature’s First Food and 1/4 TBS MSM
10 oz. herbal tea with stevia
32 oz. green juice w/ lemon, cayenne, turmeric, 1/2 TBS chlorella and a pinch of salt
1/2 TBS bee pollen
22 oz. orange juice w/ 1/4 TBS Nature’s First Food, 1/4 TBS MSM and 1/2 TBS hemp oil
16 oz. green juice
38 oz. coconut water w/ Nature’s First Food
So I’ve had a good couple teaspoons each of turmeric and cayenne both, every day of this feast thus far. I imagine that must be having really great effects on my body.
A question from a reader:
What challenges do you experience with the Feast, other than getting in all the juice?
I just have to smile at this question. At least thus far in the Feast, there really isn’t anything I would call a challenge. This feast is so easy, so smooth, and so natural. You get to have such tasty and satisfying juices every day, you get to feel more vibrant, energetic, and light every day, and you never get hungry. At least not if you’re doing it right and making an abundance of juice The only thing I can think of that has taken some extra energy for me to deal with is my really strong cravings for bee pollen – I’ve overdone it a little bit.
For me, this is soooo different than fasting. When fasting, there are many more circumstances that I personally would deem ‘challenging,’ such as detox symptoms, low energy, fatigue, and hunger. With Juice Feasting you don’t have ANY of that. Even getting in all the juice isn’t challenging – it just requires mindfulness and planning. This is the great gift of Juice Feasting – it is easy, enjoyable, and energizing. I understand that there could be challenges for others, if they live in the city, or they have limits in other ways. Even this, though, I think can be worked with – if one is really committed to their healing and taking responsibility for it, then these things should be a small trifle when compared to the massive benefits gained from a Juice Feast.
Alright, good good. Good… NIGHT!
